Notably, Ives points out that the Health app will see significant enhancements, utilizing AI to refine data collection on heart rate, respiration, and sleep patterns. This AI-integrated Health app aims to personalize fitness and diet plans, while also providing improved tracking of various health metrics. By monitoring exercise routines and dietary habits, the app is designed to empower users with comprehensive health management.
