A- Registration
To access certain services available on the Site, you must register for a paid one-time payment program offered by us (“One-Time Payment”). In exchange for a one-time payment fee, the One-Time Payment provides users with access to the benefits described in these Terms and any additional material we may provide or make available related to the Site and One-Time Payment.
When registering for an account (“Account”) and enrolling in a One-Time Payment, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. YBX may reject your application for an Account for any reason, in our sole discretion. You confirm that any Services that we provide you be for the purposes of carrying on a business activity and not for any personal or household purpose. You further agree to be responsible for: (i) maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or other account identifiers that you choose or that are otherwise assigned to you as a result of any registration or purchase made through the Site; and (ii) all activities that occur under such password(s) or Account(s). You are responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized use of your password or Account, or any breach in security of the Site, of which you become aware. YBX shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section, or for any delay in shutting down your Account after you have reported a breach of security to us.
B- Payment Period
You may make a one-time payment to access the Services. The cost of the one-time payment is set forth in the plan details at the time of registration. Your payment period begins on the date we confirm to you the benefits available to you and ends as per the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
New users may be eligible to receive a free trial with a time or number limit before the one-time payment is required. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that the payment will automatically be processed at the end of the trial period, and you will be billed accordingly. Only one (1) offer per member. It is a violation of the Terms of Use to create more than one trial membership at YBX, even if you use a different email or other distinguishing information.
Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, the payment fee will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of registration. This free trial may be extended, withdrawn, cancelled, or changed at the sole discretion of YBX without notice.
From time to time, YBX may offer additional services in addition to the one-time payment. Such services will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
These services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
C- Fees and Billing
Any reference to fees is in U.S. dollars. Your one-time payment fee (including any taxes) will be charged to the payment card provided when you sign up and will be processed at the time of purchase. You agree to ensure that you provide YBX with current, accurate, and complete billing information. We may change the fee at our sole discretion, provided that we provide you with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to opt out before such changes become effective.
YBX may use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal to charge your payment card. You consent to the collection and use of your information (including personal information) by such payment processor for the purpose of processing your payment in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you fail to pay any fees or charges due (including cancellation fees or losses due to fraudulent use), we have the right to charge that amount directly to the payment card you provided at the time you submitted your order. You are responsible for any costs we may incur in collecting any outstanding balance from you, including legal fees and collection costs. If automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, YBX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your order.
D- Renewals and Cancellations
The payment fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel or do not use any of the benefits. If you cancel at any other time, the payment fee is non-refundable.
To the extent permitted by law, we may immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice or liability for reasons including, but not limited to, your breach of the Terms. If we do so, we will give you a pro-rated refund or additional compensation for the appropriate number of membership hours, based on the number of full months remaining on your membership. However, we will not give any refunds in connection with termination if we believe that you have acted in violation of these Terms or any applicable law, involved fraud or abuse of your payment, or been harmful to our or other users' interests.
You may cancel your payment through your online account management page or through the methods provided within the Site.
Unless you notify us prior to charging that you wish to cancel or do not want to proceed with your payment, you understand that the payment will automatically be processed and you authorize us (without notice to you and unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable payment fee and any taxes using any eligible payment method we have on record for you.
E. Effects of Cancellation
Our website provides a payment cancellation function, any customer can cancel the payment at any time when they no longer use our website service, but this initiator must be you, so if you do not intend to continue to use our service, please cancel your payment in time. If you forget to cancel your payment or cannot cancel your payment, you can contact us by email:[email protected]. We will cancel the payment for you in time. If it is due to our cancellation function failing or being late, then you can also contact us for a refund.
Upon termination or expiration of your payment, your right to use the Services shall cease immediately.
All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature shall survive their terms, shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section, use of the Site and intellectual property rights, indemnification, disclaimer and limitation of liability, and governing law.
