Nvidia unveils AI-building workflows for organizations to create customized solutions

Nvidia has introduced a collection of pre-trained, adaptable AI workflows aimed at empowering organizations to swiftly develop their own generative AI applications. Referred to as NIM Agent Blueprints, these workflows are initially focused on established enterprise use cases for generative AI, such as customer service avatars, PDF extraction for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and drug discovery virtual screening.

NIM Agent Blueprints offers sample AI applications created using Nvidia's customized generative AI platform NeMo and NIM, a series of microservices that facilitate the deployment of foundation models across data centers, clouds, and workstations. Organizations have the flexibility to customize these NIM Agent Blueprints with their proprietary data and execute their generative AI applications from data centers and the cloud.

This tool also incorporates partner microservices and includes reference code, customization guidelines, and a Helm chart, simplifying the deployment of complex applications through a reusable and easily shareable package. Nvidia collaborated with Accenture, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Lenovo, SoftServe, and World Wide Technology to introduce this service, with these partners being the first to offer it to their clients.

Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang emphasized the rapid progress of generative AI, stating that the enterprise AI wave is currently underway. The Nvidia AI Enterprise toolkit, which comprises NeMo, NIM microservices, and the latest NIM Agent Blueprints, empowers enterprises to customize open-source models, develop tailor-made AI applications, and seamlessly deploy them across various platforms.

Nvidia's partners, including Accenture, are planning to integrate NIM Agent Blueprints into their existing generative AI solutions. For example, Accenture will incorporate this service into its AI Refinery framework to enable clients to construct custom LLMs with domain-specific knowledge efficiently.

Generative AI is making waves across industries, propelling companies to reinvent their business strategies with technology, data, and AI, as highlighted by Julie Sweet, Chair, and CEO of Accenture. By merging Nvidia's range of workflows with Accenture's AI Refinery, clients can rapidly develop customized AI systems, revolutionize their operations, enhance customer service, and drive business growth.

Nvidia's manufacturing partners are set to bundle NIM Agent Blueprints with their hardware, software, and networking products. For instance, Cisco intends to include this tool as part of its Nexus HyperFabric AI clusters, providing customers with a simple yet secure method to deploy generative AI quickly and efficiently. The collaborative effort between Nvidia and its partners aims to offer enterprises the adaptability needed to build and customize new applications on a large scale.
