OnePlus is joining the AI revolution with its latest photo editing tool, AI Eraser. This innovative feature allows users to easily remove unwanted objects from their photos, such as people or blemishes. AI Eraser will be available on several OnePlus models, including the OnePlus 12, 12R, 11, and OnePlus Open.

To use AI Eraser, users simply highlight the areas they want to eliminate. The AI then analyzes the selected region and generates a background that seamlessly blends with the existing image. This tool operates similarly to Adobe's Generative Fill and Google's Magic Eraser.

As a groundbreaking initiative for OnePlus, AI Eraser is powered by the company’s proprietary large language model (LLM). "AI Eraser is our first generative AI feature, marking a significant step toward enhancing user creativity and transforming the future of photo editing," said Kinder Liu, president and COO of OnePlus. "We plan to roll out more AI features throughout the year and are excited about what’s to come."
