Despite its rapid growth, it’s essential to remember that AI—especially generative AI—is still in its early stages.

While AI is advancing at an unprecedented rate, it’s crucial to recognize that it remains a work in progress. As we delve into AI's possibilities, we should prioritize addressing more immediate challenges rather than fears of a dystopian future. Fortunately, these concerns are largely practical.

Companies face the risk of alienating customers and employees if they do not invest in and develop a new wave of AI bots capable of recognizing and interpreting human emotions. By adopting a human-centric approach, users can view AI as a beneficial companion that enriches experiences rather than a threat to their daily interactions.

Understanding Our Fear of AI

Instead of refining the personalities of AI assistants like Alexa or Sydney, tech companies should invest in creating genuinely humanized AI.
