Kunlun Wanwei Launches SkyMusic, a Music Generation Model, Inviting Users for Free Trial Participation

Kunlun Wanwei Group has announced the official launch of a free testing phase for its AI music generation model, “SkyMusic”. This marks the first publicly accessible AI music generation model in China. The testing will be open to 1,000 participants, including industry media, experts, and music professionals, to gather extensive feedback and further refine the model in preparation for the upcoming official release.

SkyMusic is built on a Sora-like architecture that integrates large-scale Transformers and diffusion Transformers, enabling the model to learn context dependencies in music segments. This allows for controlled music generation, which is then converted into high-quality audio through Latent Diffusion Models (LDM). The model can generate stereo songs of up to 80 seconds at a 44,100Hz sample rate, showcasing its robust music composition capabilities.

SkyMusic boasts five key features: high-quality AI music, natural and smooth vocal outputs, lyrical segment control, a variety of musical styles, and intelligent music expression. The model produces clear Chinese songs with natural pronunciation, allowing for emotional adjustments based on lyrical content, thus enhancing the expressiveness of the music. It supports multiple genres, including rap, folk, funk, and traditional styles, catering to diverse creative needs. Additionally, SkyMusic can learn various vocal techniques, enriching the artistic quality and emotional impact of the generated songs.
