Clockwise, the innovative scheduling and calendar management tool, is elevating its user experience with the introduction of Prism, an AI-powered assistant. This new feature enables users to effortlessly manage scheduling conflicts, create or clear events in bulk, and transform to-do lists into calendar blocks using simple text prompts.

Like its competitors, the Y Combinator-backed Vimcal and Reclaim (recently acquired by Dropbox), Clockwise is designed primarily for teams, although individuals can also benefit from its features.

Prism simplifies the scheduling process by converting typed instructions into calendar events. For instance, if you type “Create a link to schedule a meeting with Severian next week,” you'll receive a link or text block to share your availability. In case your proposed meeting time overlaps with another event, Prism suggests alternative time slots seamlessly.

Additionally, this AI assistant allows users to share links with suggested meeting times for participants to respond to, highlighting any potential conflicts. For urgent meetings, Prism can analyze various team members’ schedules, identifying optimal times while automatically rescheduling any conflicting events.

With the added functionality to schedule tasks directly from your to-do list into your calendar, Prism provides an agile solution that adapts when meetings arise unexpectedly. If you need to organize similar meetings, simply type a command like, “Schedule 15-minute one-on-ones with Frank, Robin, Nami, and Tony,” and Prism will handle the rest.

Commands such as “Reschedule my afternoon” or “Clear my Monday morning” allow for quick adjustments to your tasks.
