Futureverse Presents the Reebok Impact Fashion Experience on Instagram

Reebok has officially launched Reebok Impact, a groundbreaking AI fashion experience on Instagram developed in partnership with Futureverse. This initiative aims to push the limits of sneaker culture by empowering everyday consumers to design custom digital sneakers enhanced with AI technology.

Sneaker enthusiasts can immortalize their favorite photo memories by sending images via Instagram DM to @reebokimpact. Through a real-time chat, Futureverse’s AI will generate a unique sneaker design that mirrors the colors and style of the submitted image. Users can choose from iconic models like the Reebok Pump, Classic, or Club C and infuse their designs with AI-generated art. Notably, the original photo will be embedded in the sneaker's sole, symbolizing the memory's impact on their soul.

Todd Krinsky, CEO of Reebok, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “Reebok Impact marks a significant step in our commitment to innovation. Our partnership with Futureverse allows us to explore fresh ways of sharing our brand ethos and revolutionizing the digital fashion landscape.”

Users can create up to ten digital sneakers for free, with options to share or purchase game-ready files compatible with platforms like Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and Roblox. These digital sneakers will also be interoperable with upcoming virtual experiences, including the highly anticipated game Open, inspired by Ernest Cline’s renowned novel and movie Ready Player One.

Futureverse co-founders Shara Senderoff and Aaron McDonald emphasized the importance of this partnership, saying, “We’re thrilled to launch this experience as part of our ongoing collaboration with Reebok. In addition to creating commemorative digital sneakers, users will also have the opportunity to access real-life sneaker purchase incentives via Reebok Impact.
