Kyndryl has announced an expanded collaboration with Google Cloud aimed at developing responsible generative AI solutions across various industries.
Since their initial partnership in 2021, Kyndryl and Google Cloud have led the charge in transforming global businesses by leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced AI capabilities and reliable infrastructure.
The new phase of their collaboration focuses on integrating Google Cloud’s proprietary AI technologies, including Gemini—Google’s state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM)—with Kyndryl's industry expertise and managed services.
Partnership Highlights
Kyndryl is committed to advancing responsible generative AI solutions. Their key focus areas include advising on AI and data foundations and providing implementation services. These offerings will help customers identify the best generative AI use cases that align with their business objectives. By leveraging extensive experience with Google Cloud technologies, including Gemini, Kyndryl aims to catalyze business transformation through AI innovation.
The partnership will utilize the Google Cloud Cortex Framework for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Kyndryl will maximize the value of customers’ ERP data with this framework, enhancing productivity and deriving deep business insights.
Additionally, Kyndryl plans to introduce its custom LLM Operations (LLMOps) Framework to Google Cloud clients. This framework will tackle common challenges in a responsible and cost-effective manner, alongside data modernization services to refine generative AI solutions.
Kyndryl is also dedicated to enhancing its AI and data analytics skills through training programs and bootcamps available via the Google Cloud Academy. This investment ensures a workforce equipped to meet the growing demand for generative AI solutions.

Together, Kyndryl and Google Cloud have successfully assisted iHub Solutions, a smart warehouse and logistics provider based in Singapore, in launching a generative AI pilot for customer service.
