Zhang's motivation for entering the AI agent space stems from his insights into the technological shifts experienced during the transition from PC to mobile. He shares, "Our extensive interactions with enterprise clients have revealed their specific needs." In mid-2022, CEOs from major companies consulted with Zhang on how new technologies could enhance decision-making and provide a competitive edge. He emphasizes, "Beginning in 2023, we've seen a growing number of companies partnering with us—these are genuine and urgent needs," underscoring the importance of AI agents in addressing these challenges.
BetterYeah AI primarily caters to top-tier companies and has made significant strides over the past year. One company has equipped 2,000 employees with BetterYeah AI assistants, drastically improving operational efficiency. Another leading firm in a niche market has integrated BetterYeah's "AI Customer Service" across all WeChat service groups, achieving a 150% increase in issue resolution rates. Additionally, a unicorn enterprise has deployed BetterYeah's solutions to improve customer acquisition and sales team management.
