With a striking 134 fps in the GFX Aztec 1440P off-screen Vulkan test, the Dimensity 9400 outperforms Apple’s yet-to-be-released A18 Pro, which is expected to achieve around 72 fps, and surpasses Qualcomm’s current flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 by approximately 41%, as the Snapdragon averages about 95 fps.
The GPU of the Dimensity 9400 features the new Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12, touted by Arm as the "highest performance and most efficient GPU." Compared to its predecessor, the G925 boasts a 37% increase in graphics application performance, a 52% boost in ray tracing capabilities, and a 34% enhancement in AI and machine learning performance, all while reducing power consumption by 30%.
