AI Developer for Digital Workforce Secures $24 Million in Funding

A startup focused on revolutionizing the modern workforce with autonomous digital workers recently raised $24 million in funding. Hasan Sukkar, the CEO and founder of the company, envisions digital workers becoming a common resource for businesses worldwide within the next two years. The funding, led by Benchmark and supported by other investors including Quiet Capital, SV Angel, and Lux Capital, will be used to expedite product development, grow the team, and strengthen global presence, particularly in the U.S.

Established in 2022, the company aims to simplify go-to-market (GTM) operations by leveraging AI-powered digital workers, freeing up teams to concentrate on strategic tasks. Guillaume Roux-Romestaing, the head of partnerships, highlighted that the company's focus is on sales work rather than SaaS expenditures. By introducing AI-powered digital workers into revenue teams to handle workflows autonomously, the company is reshaping the workforce landscape. Sarah Tavel, a general partner at Benchmark, emphasized the importance of delegating specific tasks traditionally handled by employees to these digital workers for more efficient operations at a larger scale.

The company recently unveiled Alice, an AI-powered sales development representative designed to automate prospecting, engage with clients across multiple channels, and personalize interactions on a broad scale. Additionally, the company introduced Jordan, an AI phone representative tasked with qualifying inbound leads. These innovative solutions are set to redefine how businesses operate in the evolving digital landscape.
