Guillaume Roux-Romestaing, the head of partnerships, highlighted that the company's focus is on sales work rather than SaaS expenditures. By introducing AI-powered digital workers into revenue teams to handle workflows autonomously, the company is reshaping the workforce landscape. Sarah Tavel, a general partner at Benchmark, emphasized the importance of delegating specific tasks traditionally handled by employees to these digital workers for more efficient operations at a larger scale.

The company recently unveiled Alice, an AI-powered sales development representative designed to automate prospecting, engage with clients across multiple channels, and personalize interactions on a broad scale. Additionally, the company introduced Jordan, an AI phone representative tasked with qualifying inbound leads. These innovative solutions are set to redefine how businesses operate in the evolving digital landscape.
